About
We're building the tool we wish our families had.
Most ERPs are built for factories with a hundred SKUs and a finance team. Most small businesses in Pakistan have neither. They have three notebooks, two WhatsApp groups, and a calculator. Agentic ERP is the tool they actually need.
Opinionated by default
A small business owner has 200 decisions to make a day. Our job is to take 195 off the table with sensible defaults that just work.
Quietly intelligent
No flashy AI gimmicks. Just a tool that notices what matters — low stock, slow days, top items — and tells you in plain words on WhatsApp.
Built for Pakistan
PKR pricing, GST taxes, JazzCash and Easypaisa as first-class citizens, Urdu-friendly receipts. Not a translated American product.
The story
Where this started
I grew up in Multan watching my family run a small business. The sales numbers lived in a notebook. Inventory lived in someone's head. The accountant came once a month, frowned, and left.
We tried a bunch of ERPs. They were either built for factories, priced in dollars, or so complex that no shopkeeper could ever use them without a consultant. So I started building the opposite — opinionated, calm, priced in PKR, built for the way small businesses in Pakistan actually work.
Agentic ERP is in active development. The restaurant build is in beta with a handful of pilot customers in Multan. Retail, pharmacy, and apparel builds follow this quarter.
